How to add a monogram or personalization to your item: click the yes box below and add personalization inside. All monogram's must be in FLM (FIRST,LAST,MIDDLE) format. Please be sure to triple check spelling prior to placing orders. Orders may not be altered or changed once they have been placed. Personalization is included in all custom smock prices. You may not leave a custom smock item blank. All items include personalization in the price.
Personalized or custom items may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless a manufacturer defect is present. Any issues or defects must be reported to B+B customer service within 3 business days of confirmed delivery. Due to the nature of preorders we do not allow cancellations, returns, exchanges. This is a *preorder* item with an ETA to begin shipping to B+B Smocks warehouse in March. When an order ships from our manufacturer, it typically takes 10-12 business days for those packages to arrive to B+B Smocks. Once the entire order arrives, we will then begin shipping to customers.
